- Where are you located and how do you work effectively with me?
We have offices in California, Florida, New York, and Boston, and most of our clients are in every city all over the country. The majority of resume writing services work via phone and email with people. Since we will have a copy of your resume and other documents, and will be working with you extensively on the phone, it is not necessary to meet with you in person. The crux of the work is performed after we talk with you and learn about your specific goals.
- What are your credentials?
J. Melissa Cooper has over five years of experience working as a partner in an executive recruitment firm, and has worked very closely alongside hiring managers and decision makers at fortune 500 and fortune 100 companies across many industries. She also has a degree in Creative Writing, and worked as a professional editor for three years in the publishing industry prior to her career in executive recruitment. J. Melissa personally oversees the development and final product of each resume, and her writers all have experience working as editors or HR professionals.
